Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Print the label and securely package your Bentgo products in their original packaging.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location. Please ensure all original components and accessories are included.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
